I developed a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report for Trader Joe's, a company known for its unique and quirky personality, yet deeply committed to ethical practices. Despite the absence of a formal CSR program, I identified an opportunity to showcase the company’s core values through a custom-designed report. This report not only highlights Trader Joe’s dedication to honesty and trust with all its stakeholders but also captures the fun and distinctive spirit of the brand, effectively communicating its approach to social responsibility.
Trader Joe’s is a grocery store that stands out for its quirky personality—think Hawaiian print T-shirts and staff who occasionally break into song and dance. But behind the fun, Trader Joe’s is deeply committed to being honest and trustworthy with all its stakeholders.
I focused on the company’s seven core values and designed a brochure that clearly communicates these principles to their stakeholders.
